Time to get back to business.

One PE-free week regained my normal erection strength, however the time I need to achieve orgasm is still longer. I found that when I squeeze kegel muscle during masturbation, it stops the flow so completely that I start getting soft :E The muscle got too strong. I have to keep it relaxed now to enjoy normal erection. Wtf.

Well, anyway, there is one thing. When my routine was short, I noticed an improvement in erection quality and number of erections per day, along with length and girth increase. When I got to 18+ mins of jelq, it all got screwed up and I had to take a one week break to restore the normal erection quality because I had trouble maintaining it and it was really poor.

So now, I plan to stick to 5 min stretches, 10 min jelq for longer. Better not to get things worse ~~ hope I won’t get any more erection problems.

Oh, the gains are still there. The one week of doing nothing did not reduce the length and girth back to previous size, fortunately ;)
