Another Newbie here Starting out package weighs in at 7.4”EL x 5.3”EG.
Today was my first workout so I kept it short
Warm up = Warm Cloth wrap for 10 mins
Workout 10 mins wet Jelqing
Warm wrap 10 mins
I know it’s short but don’t want to do any damage before it really kicks into play.
I was wondering what the average gains on the PE are?
As my goal would be to gain just 1 inch on EL AND GL I’m not greedy ;)
Also from reading through the forum I gather that when you stop PE after gains you will shrink back to
Your normal size?
