I haven’t really grown for the past couple of months (possibly since February). I have increased the number of jelqs, and the length of each jelqs that I do for the past few months.

Roughly 4 - 5 secs for each jelq, and 210 + jelqs.
Usually do about ten minutes of stretches before jelqing.
Afterwards, Cool down with warm water.

I am not quite sure what to do to continue gaining! I have been PE-ing since last october and have only gained about 0.5 inch…(Although at times I would take a couple of days off, at most 2 weeks when I feel that my dick needs a break.)

Any Advice on my routine?

I do believe that my EQ is quite good though.

Hi trace101, you might want to look at some other routines which are more advanced if you have been PEing all the way from last October. If you have always been consistent and you haven’t seen any gain lately, it might be due to the fact that you have reached the point of no more newbie gaining.

Here is what I did. I practiced routines for girth and length separately. It means that I first focused on length during an amount of time and then I focused on my girth. Lets say you do alot of stretches for a month and jelqing for only once a week, then the next month, you go for a lot of jelqing and a few stretches only.

Be reminded that consistency is the key and if you consider yourself a PE hard gainer type, you might have to be a lot more consistent than usual.

Think of taking a decon break


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Mix the two advises above and you have my advice :) .

ok, so I shall try stretching and jelqing separately first.. As for the advance routine, can you guys recommend some to me? I have been trying the Uil routine for the past month or so, which adds 10 squeezes by the head area after each jelq.

As for taking a decon break…i am sort of confuse, so should I be more consistent first or take a break first? thanks!

Try the static stretcher or another ADS. Use jelqing at night

I want to stay away from the equipments for now. I shall try to stretch daily for about 10 minutes. As for jelq, I do have a hard time maintaining erection without a porno. I need to figure out how to solve that problem…

trace101, it looks like you have a lot of room to increase the intensity of your routine just to match up with the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine . That calls for increasing to 30 minutes of three second jelqs, which translates to about 600 three second jelqs. By my calculations, 210 five second jelqs adds up to 17.5 minutes.

If you decide to increase your jelqs, of course, do not do it all at once. Add a little at a time, and yes, watch your EQ and your PIs.

Ahh, I see. What exactly is the difference between 3 sec or 5 sec jelqs? I think I can manage a better erection while jelqing with are short duration of each jelq, and that 30 min of 3 sec jelqs seems doable.

Slower Jelq = Lower Injury Risk, possibly more effective as well, really it depends on how you do it.

Don’t jelq the glans either — I’ve been reading horror stories lately about guys that regret doing this, no joke

cool thanks..i shall try to increase the amount of jelqs..and get onto ulis next month.

I gave up on jelqing as I didn’t gain shit, are you stretching? Thats been my key to gains.
