I can’t get enough of this. I am reading everything I can get my hands on. I was saving money up to have it done perfessionally when I desided to search the net and research alternitives when I ran acroos Thunders. Man what a site…….I do know that traction will add leagth to any part of the body and I am not quite sure why it is rebuked by almost ever Doctor that has stated their opinion on the web. I will guess that they have no studies to fall back on and don’t want to risk being sued by some over veleous, teenager, who ripped his willey off after reading that it was possible. But anyway, I am starting at 6.25 enbp with a goal of 8. My “lot” is at 8 or 8:30 and I am working my ligs to death. I saw the newbie routine and I am trying to follow it but I feel like I could handle more. Here is my routine:
5 min. warm up
30 minutes jelq
30 min stretches (down mostly, lots of pressure. hold for 5 min, relax for 1)
5 min cool down
I feel no pain and I wanted to add more time. I have been doing it for a week now. Do you guys think I can add more time/effort or maybe hanging?
I dont want to overwork it already.
