I’m 25 and I joined recently because I beat up my dick and was having ED issues. I want to tell everyone observations I had in getting it back - and I would say it is back near optimally now.

First I would say I had about a week where I didn’t do anything. I don’t know how much this helped in itself, but it may be important. I didn’t notice any change in spintaneous erections just from this.

Listed, in approximate order of helpfulness, I will go through the actions I took to get the best EQ response.

- Slowed down masturbation a lot and started using lube. I’m uncircumcised so I don’t have to, but it helped a lot with maintaining an erection. I have stopped using porn almost completely.

- I started flexing my IC muscle all day. What it felt like was trying to push a poop out of my penis. I know it sounds odd, but it helped with flaccid and my erections responded strongly to this. At all times, whenever I could remember, I would do this. It was often accompanied by a feeling of tensing out the lower belly. I think this was very important to my recovery.

- I took a stack of sups that are known to help circulation. Now sure how helpful they were themselves, but might be worthwhile. Yohimbe, aspirin, vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, and others.

- I very slowly incorporated gentle masturbation and jelqing as soon as I could, as soon as it felt like I didn’t have to “make” it happen. For me I think leaving it unused, which I had done for a couple weeks leading up to my problem, was an issue. I was careful and conservative with any force, but for me regular erections are a factor in improving EQ.

-Edging helped, but it seems hit or miss with how I respond. It seems after I reach a certain point of arousal, my penis “expects” ejaculation. Once I reach that point it seems like a better decision for EQ to do so.

I also want to share something about onions. Just got a bag of them yesterday and ate about a third of a raw onion. I held a >80% erection for nearly an hour talking to a girl over text, and when I ejaculated later it shot up to my chest (far for me). This was a very acute response, thus I attribute it to the onion at least majorly.

Doing these things I went from beat up and tired to probably the best EQ I’ve had in years within a few weeks. I probably also gained back the half inch I lost from EQ loss, infact I’m certain I have. Hope this is useful to someone who is as frightened as I was. :)

The only thing I would advise is to ease off the Yohimbe. It increases blood pressure and is banned here in Australia

I also have fitness and fat loss goals. I’m currently using very low doses and the stuff I have doesn’t seem particularly potent. I just included it in the list of stuff I took.

You mean kegels? I always understood kegels to mean the feeling of trying to pick up a quarter with your taint.

Kegeling is key both for gains and EQ, without it my erections are so much weaker and less frequent. Good on you recovering your dick, lol. Especially considering how young you are as everything should be as good as they’ll ever get in the dick department.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

Honestly, BC kegeling has never helped me that much. Heavy reverse kegeling, or tensing the IC muscle on the dorsal side, is the only thing that’s given me improvement. I actually feel the circulation improve while I do it.

Things now are definitely good. I started eating garlic cloves on top of the onion too. I woke up today after not quite enough sleep and I got out of bed feeling a bit “heavy” but otherwise completely ready for the day. What’s funny is that when I ate the onion, in addition to the bad breath, I actually felt my voice get deeper almost immediately. I think I will be making great use of these foods.

I got carried away last night and ejaculated 5 times in about 4 or 5 hours. The last two were one after another. Each one with a full, at least 85-90% erection. I know it was a bit silly, but when I stopped at the convenience store 20 minutes ago just looking at the cashier’s breasts gave me a pretty full semi that took a full minute to go away.

I’m loving this. If anyone saw my thread from a month ago, they’d know how happy I was. I did some stupid stunt where I wrapped a rubber band around the base of my penis and left it for over an hour, and I did this repeatedly.

So I just wanted anyone who has a similar fear to know how I did it. I would recommend, based on the past month, three things above all else:

-Careful, slow masturbation while reverse kegeling
-Reverse kegeling throughout the day (pushing a poop through penis feeling)
-Onions!

Yeah, onions and any strong and colorful foods for that sake does wonders for your system. I’ve actually eaten two whole onions the last couple of days and I almost think my night wood was even stronger than before, if possible, lol.

Will give the onion thing a try, out of onions atm but got some garlic I’ll add to my seafood Wok today. It can’t exactly hurt so to speak and I’ve heard of other BB’s/fitness enthusiasts swearing to eating raw garlic, and much of it, every day. Only backside is the breath thing but not in a relationship or anything for the time being so it wont be much of an issue, I presume.

Will also experiment with my kegeling since you’ve also gotten such good results, and instead of just masturbating for my enjoyment only I’ll try adding some edging in as well. I just remember how upset I was a month ago, how much I have come to appreciate my EQ. My only tip about the edging, at least what worked for me, is to just keep it going enough to maintain an erection. If I become too aroused and hit the point psychologically where I feel like I should definitely finish, like you naturally start speeding up or gripping a little tighter, it doesn’t help me much for EQ purposes to stop then.

Onions I definitely endorse. The garlic, I just ate two raw cloves last night for the first time so I have yet to see what that’ll do for me. Ditto about the relationship lol. I bought lemon juice though, a long while ago marinera posted about garlic and said lemon juice gets rid of the bad breath and BO associated with garlic.
