My balls hurt

Hello lads.

I just now noticed that my balls are ”swollen” a little bit and just feels weird, like they are fuller and feels not like it normally does inside the balls when I touch them, a mild pain/ache when I touch them and I also feel it a little above my penis in the groin and on the sides of the base of the penis but not on the shaft itself. I started the newbie routine 5 days ago and I have taken it easy and this is my rest day too. Never felt any pain or anything during a session and always felt normal and with good positive PI’s.. Until just now while laying in the bed it suddenly felt this way.. Does anyone know if I could have injured myself or do you injure yourself AND FEEL IT on a workout (this is my rest day, have not done any PE). I have never felt this before and it is not the penis, it is my balls and possible groin. I have only had it for like 30 mins-1hour but have you guys heard anything about this before? Should I be worried? I would really appreciate if someone have any clue what this could be about! Thanks in advance.

I can feel a little swollen and pain/ache w.e you wanna call it just under the penis on the sides but above the testicles. It is like I am feeling something there that I normally don’t feel. Also dropped EQ and I usually get rock hard super easily but at the moment I don’t. This all began just about 1-2 hrs ago, before then I felt completely normal and then this just appeared. Bare in mind I have not even done a workout today, it is my rest day!

Best Guess: You probably just overworked areas that aren’t used to getting worked. And the stress you’re apparently feeling will contribute to decreased EQ. I seriously doubt that you’ve injured yourself. Take some tylenol, maybe take a warm bath and relax. You’re going to be fine.

I really hope you are right mate. I mean I have felt fucking great until this happened. I also felt bad in the stomach, like I got stomach problems temporary in combination with this. My penis itself shaft/glans feels fine but its the goddamn ballsack in combination with the groin or some shit. I mean if I have injured myself, why the piiiiiiiiiiiiip would I feel this at the end of my rest day.. I guess I will just have to wait until tomorrow and see whether it is still there or gone. If it feels good tomorrow, do you think I can do my workout then if I take it easy? If it still feels like this tomorrow, I should probably skip my workout and keep on resting til it is gone, am I right? This needs to dissapear before next workout? Because I am doing 2 on, 1 off and tomorrow is a PE day.

If it feels better (code: pain free)-and you decide to do PE, be more gentle. A lot of times, less is definitely more. You may find that you gain more, by pulling less. If it still feels a little dodgy, take a couple of more days off. And stop worrying about it. Stress will do more damage than the perceived injury. You’ll be fine.

When i started i had that pain as well , that just means your over did it..


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Yeah, sorry for late reply. I took 2 off days and rested and it dissapeared completely and now it is back to normal :-)

Godammit clgp7! Now I got the exact same thing again and this time it happened after 15 min edging on my rest day today. I never get those red spots or anything else and I always warm up 10 mins then do 5 min manual stretching and 10-15 min jelqing followed by a 10 min warm down. I just don’t understand why I get this!

Are you wrapping, clamping, mashing your balls while working your unit? It’s interesting that you are getting sore on your rest days.

No I am not. I have no clue how I get it, it is so weird and it feels weird. It must be some kind of strain of some sort.
