I noticed that the girth of my unit had a significant increase compared to it’s length. Actually, it seems that there’s no gain in length. Is there any way to increase length as significant as the girth? I’m having the newbie routine.
First of all, be thankful that you gain girth easily. That is ususally not the case.
Second, do more stretching.
