Noticed a lowered EQ from clamping, what now?

I have been doing PE on-and-off, all in all maybe a month or two over the last year. Now that I have summer-break I decided to actually follow through.
I have the past one and a half, week been doing:
5 min warm-up.
10-15 min dry jelq.
3x10 min clamping (the last two sessions I switched to 3x10 instead of 1x15 min for safety)
For two days on, one day off.
Today 1½ hours after my last clamping set I was just going to masturbate before going to sleep and I noticed my EQ wasn’t what it used to be, I could quite easily get hard, but the surrounding tissue didn’t seem as swelled as it could be. Thereafter i also remembered that my morning-wood wasn’t as stellar as usual, same thing, hard but not swollen up like usual (even though I normally don’t get rock-hard morning wood). This is my second day in a row, so I don’t know if I should just attribute the slight EQ loss to my dick being “tired” or if my EQ is actually falling.
Should I incorporate some EQ-strengthening exercises into my routine or maybe just ease up my routine, like cutting the number of clamping sets down to just one?
