I have been doing PE on-and-off, all in all maybe a month or two over the last year. Now that I have summer-break I decided to actually follow through.
I have the past one and a half, week been doing:
5 min warm-up.
10-15 min dry jelq.
3x10 min clamping (the last two sessions I switched to 3x10 instead of 1x15 min for safety)
For two days on, one day off.

Today 1½ hours after my last clamping set I was just going to masturbate before going to sleep and I noticed my EQ wasn’t what it used to be, I could quite easily get hard, but the surrounding tissue didn’t seem as swelled as it could be. Thereafter i also remembered that my morning-wood wasn’t as stellar as usual, same thing, hard but not swollen up like usual (even though I normally don’t get rock-hard morning wood). This is my second day in a row, so I don’t know if I should just attribute the slight EQ loss to my dick being “tired” or if my EQ is actually falling.

Should I incorporate some EQ-strengthening exercises into my routine or maybe just ease up my routine, like cutting the number of clamping sets down to just one?


First, before jumping on clamping you should have some months of consistent manual exercises.

So said, if you want to go on on that path, at least cut the work. Take one day rest, and then cut the dry jelqs to 5 minutes. See how it goes.

You might just be clamping too hard. Try reducing your clamping force.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

You were not conditioned. Clamping is truly an advanced exercise. A month or two, really, with no consistency. You have you answer to lower EQ. Clamping is nothing you jump into. Stop! start with the newbie and give your self a couple of month of some sort of consistency workouts. The other alternative is deal with the EQ. This why Thunderss place exist, do you homework and do not wish for the over night bean stalk, because it is just not going to happen. PE takes a lot of work, consistent work. this is so easy, but some of you guys just jump the gun to quickly and regret later or have to deal with other issues. The information all all here and it free. Like I posted, do your homework and do this right, after all, it is your cock, not mine. Do what you want with it, as you did.

Alright :) Thanks for the replies, going to take some days rest and then just focus on the newbie routine and jelqing. Last time I did the newbie routine with stretches there were some different problems which occurred, plus I’m not really looking for length.

John the Anon, I don’t know how many times we have to say this but clamping is an exercise for seasoned PE veterans. Not only is it too intense for your unconditioned penis, making an injury not only possible but probable, but it is not the right path to consistent gains.

So, number 1 - workout intensity can not compensate for laziness. That means that you would fare better from doing the Newbie routine consistently.

And number 2 - yeah, you like the expansion you get from clamping, and think that it works. It does, but without being properly conditioned, you are not doing yourself a favor. Clamping will toughen you dick so hard that it will make future consistent gains impossible, so you’ll have to take a long deconditioning brake.

I took a wank this morning to see if my measurements had been affected. My erection had a really hard “core”, but didn’t feel as full (partially blaming this on it being morning, never used to get huge wood in the morning) I took my measurements and I was surprised, even at this “state” my length was the same 7,7’ and my girth was 0,4’ bigger at 5,9’. Going to take a week or two off seeing how my EQ goes.
