Not sure what to make of this, or where to go from here.
I started doing PE a month ago. My starting stats were BPEL 5 7/8”, BPFSL 6”, MSG 5 3/4”, BEG 6 1/4”. Erection quality was excellent (10/10). I was looking to add length with an ultimate goal of 7”-7.5” BPEL while maintaining or perhaps evening out my girth a little bit. I decided to do a modified form of the JP90 routine with principles of the TGC Theory (small difference in BPEL and BPFSL plus great erection quality). Mainly focusing on length/stretching, and less emphasis on girth/jelqing exercises to attack the tunica which would be my limiting factor.
So one month later, my BPEL is 6 1/8”, BPFSL is 6 7/8”, and both girth measurements are status quo. Erection quality is still pretty good, but not the 10/10 is was before (probably 8/10). Clearly something is working because my BPFSL has made considerable gains, even though the BPEL has been more modest.
My question is now that my difference in BPEL and BPFSL is so high (with weakening erection quality), TGC Theory would dictate that I start focusing more on girth exercises to grow my smooth muscle (unless of course I’m misunderstanding it). Is this correct? I had planned on doing this routine for 3 months. Should I stick with what I’m doing, or switch it up a little? Also, can anybody tell me if the gains in BPFSL are a good sign that there are more BPEL gains to come?
