Not sure if I am doing "enough". Thoughts?
I am currently following the “Newbie Routine” which is recommended to all beginners and those who are generally just starting out in the community. I thought, that similarly to working out, after a cycle you should feel a little sore or a little worked out. After I complete my routine meeting proper time requirements and demonstrating correct form, I don’t feel like its been worked out. And even the day after in the morning, it doesn’t feel like anything has really been done to it. Just wondering, should I boost my routine slowly until I start waking up with a sore dick or am I okay?
