Hi, I’ve been PEing for about a month and I thought I was gaining until I measured myself several times and found no improvement :[. So far this has been my routine (I’m at college so I can only Jelq when I go home).

Current stats: BPEL: 5.125” EG: 4.6”

4-5 times a week
Warmup in shower
10 45sec-60sec stretches (only at school)
200-300 3 second jelqs (both when I’m at home)

Once college ends this week I’ll probably be able to do more jelqing but is there anything I should fix? Thanks.

Hopefully some of the other stealth PEers will give you some tips. Plenty of guys don’t see any gains after months of PE even if they have the privacy you are currently lacking.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Here’s my newbie routine which I consistently stuck to for 3 months. It was at that time a routine out of these PE pay-sites, which I paid 50 bucks for. At the end of 3 months routine I saw a gain of about 0.9”+

It’s very simple and very efficient when exercised on a constant basis.

*5 minutes hot towel warmup
*30 minutes stretching - 5 minute in each direction slowly and gradually increasing the stretch, 1 minute massage in between the stretches
*5 minutes hot towel warmup combined with slight massaging to increase circulation
*20-30 minutes jelqing. Work your way up from 100 to 500 adding about 100 repetitions a week, also increasing intensity
*10 minutes kegels
*5 minutes towel warmup

Exercise on five coherent days a week (e.g. Mon-Fri), and take 2 days rest. You will see gains after 3 months, maybe a bit sooner, maybe a bit later. That stuff works!

This is a little extreme for a newbie.

Koolaid,

Do the newbie routine and stick with it for another 2 months. Do this to condition yourself for advanced exercises. That you don’t gain in the first moth is fairly common, many guys experience the same.
