Not new to PE.just starting over
Well, as the thread title says, I’m starting all over again. I was first introduced to the “milk and tug” method of PE years ago on a forum that no longer exists. I established a routine and stuck to it for roughly 18 months.
Over that period of time I gained an inch in el and pretty darn close to an inch in eg. Actually, I gained a little more, but I didn’t have a consistent maintenance routine shortly after discontinuing my routine.
Anyhow, I’m back for more and I plan on keeping you guys posted on what will be another successful attempt at PE.
