Hi, here is my current routine.
I would like to know from you what you think about it, if you think it’s effective. You can’t know for sure, of course.
I am climbing up a ladder of intensity and time in my PE exercises, i started 3 months ago with 10 minutes stretching and 10 minutes jelqing, my routine now is:

Morning:

20 jelqs, 3 seconds each one as a warm-up
30 stretches, straight down, each one 30 seconds lasting
4* 10 minutes of hanging, straight down with 1.25 kilos
3 hours using an ADS
massage with a cream

Evening:

20 jelqs, 3 seconds each on as a warm-up
30 stretches, straight down, each one 30 seconds lasting
4* 10 minutes of hanging, straight down with 1.25 kilos
180 jelqs, 3 seconds each one
massage with a cream

Schedule: Each day, leaving the morning exercises out on mondays and the evening exercises on fridays.

The main point is the stretching/hanging part with the ADS, the jelqing is tought for loosening up the tissue (especially the tunica) so that hurt due to overstressing is prevented


My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

Jelqs are NOT warm-ups. Add a 5-10 minute warm-up at the beginning of each session. I would also advise a second warm-up of 3-5 minutes duration, half way between the sessions. Ignore the warm-up at your own peril.

I do very light jelqs as a warm-up, its more like massaging the penis…..it enhances the bloodflow and loosens the tunica so its ok as a warm-up…

Any further opinions about the whole routine?

Fair enough man. :) You’ve written more posts than me, and have been here much longer than I have so doubtlessly you’ve had much experience with PE in general, and certainly warming up really well (you know, where you get that ‘steam-room’ feel on it), and the lower likelihood of injury and greater gains generally experienced and associated with a ‘really good’ warm-up. So I’ll take your word those massages work at least as well, and I’ll even give them a try to see how well they work on me. :)

As for the rest of the rountine, it sounds well scary. You’re brave man.

what type of cream are you using and what is the purpos

What do we think of it? Well, there are only two things I need to know:

1. Are you getting gains?
2. Are you avoiding injuries, and still getting good erections?

It almost doesn’t matter what your routine is — within reason! — if these two criteria are being met. Right?

I think your signature indicates .6cm gain in 5 weeks, so it looks good to me. :)

PS: I would consider using an external source of heat for a warmup, be it hot running water, heating pad, rice sock, etc. I know I always use one and feel it is effective in readying my wang for being manhandled…
