Not growing, am I doing something wrong

Hi everyone,

I’m PE-ing for almost 4 months now, so far unfortunately without any result yet, not by length or girth. Is this normal? You can see my stats below. What did happen a tiny little bit is that my penis is getting curved a little bit, meaning the tip is slightly pointing up.

My workout is very simple:

- Hot wrap (or hot shower) for a couple of minutes.

- 250x 2 second jelqs.

- Hot wrap (or shower) for a couple of minutes.

- Shake a little for a minute.

I do this about 4 times a week with two days jelqing and one day off. I also tried one day jelqing and one day off like with bodybuilding.

I have no problems with erections or anything like that, that’s why I only jelq and don’t do any other exercises. I already get rock hard in a split second if I want to. All I want is more length and perhaps a little more girth. All the rest is working perfectly fine.

I live healthy and make sure I get more than sufficient vitamins, protein etc. I don’t smoke, I hardly drink alcohol, I don’t take any medications and I workout a lot. What can be the problem? When I see the results on these forums people usually gain something especially in the first 4 months.

You don’t stretch?

Make your jelqs longer than two seconds.

Also. do you get expansion when you jelq (penis and glans filling will blood).

I don’t stretch, I read stretching is almost useless if you do it for just a couple of minutes a day. Using a device it would be useful because you’re wearing that a couple of hours a day. But tbh I don’t have a device and I don’t want one either. If you guys say the 10 minute stretch (as in the newbie routine) is useful I will of coarse start immediately.

Thanks for the jelqing suggestion, I’ll try to make it a little longer.

How do I check if there is expansion? It does feel like it’s filling with blood but I don’t think I see anything special happen.

Dude dozens and dozens of men here who hae gained will tell you stretching is not useless. Do the ten minue newbie stretches dude!

When I say expansion, you should ee your dick getting temporarily engorged with blood, particulary the glans when you come to the end of the stroke.

In my first couple of months I only stretched for about 15-20 minutes a day.

I stretched in 5 directions: forward, right, left, down and up. The stretches were very short, about 5-7 seconds each with a medium force.

I gained 0.4” NBP from this.

Just try it for a month!

Yeah, I think your jelqs are far too short.

On this site, it is advised that jelqs are no shorter than 3 seconds each. I personally jelq with 4-5 second jelqs. Anything less is like I’m jerking off. (Slow and steady wins the race!)

Not sure what to say about your curvature though. I personally want a curve in my penis.

Any tips for me to get one guys? (It’s just what I think is appealing.)

May I give you an advise?

Learn how to stretch properly.

And above all 2 minutes of stretching is a nonsense if you want to grow.

Good luck and good PE.

Try to resist at least 6-12 months….than you will see some results and than you will have the required motivation boost to go on.

I am on PE for 4 months now without any big results. Maybe I am growing but I don’t see it? (it is not that easy to measure a growth of a few mm).
So I will stay focused for at least another 8 months and than I will see what happened. But now I don’t expect to see big growths.

- Stretch 10 to 15 minutes.
- 250x 4 second jelqs.
- Hot wrap (or shower) for a couple of minutes.
- Shake it off a little for a minute.

I am doing this four times a week for a week now (mon, tue, thu, fri). Do you guys think that will help?

Paperazzo > I understand, however it’s very demotivating to see you haven’t increased a single millimeter yet after 4 months. If I read this forum especially the first months people seem to be gaining a lot or at least something. That’s why I thought I was doing something wrong. Apperantly I am.

Yes. You will be a monster in no time.

Also, read up on proper jelq and stretch routine. Lots of info here at TP; Maybe you can improve your technique.

I imagine your penis will be quite conditioned so after a few more sessions start upping the number of strokes till you are eventually doing 600 jelqs and add more stretch time.

My routine takes at least an hour. You can do some in the morning and some at night. Just be patient. Do you want to gain or just give up? Alot of people don’t gain here due to never seeing a whole year of commitment through. Don’t become one of those people.

Countdown > I won’t become one of them, when I want something I go for it all the way. My goal is 16-17cm (6,3-6,7”) length. Girth should be increased a little more in proportion. I think that should be realistic.
