Been PE for about 2 years, but very inconsistently. I guess I can go through it for you.
I started and did probably 3-4 months of a more or less newbie routine that I found on a pay site. What a waste of money; everything I needed to know I could have got here for free.
10 Min of stretch
5 min each of 3 types of Jelq (all wet jelq, probably 60-70 % erect, total of 15 min. I just followed whatever routine that stupid pay site gave me.)
Then I moved to Spain for 6 months and took a 2 month break. After 2 months I settled in Spain and got back into the same noobie routine for like 3-4 months. Then I moved to NYC and took another 3-4 months off.
When I got back to Colorado, roughly a year after I started PE, I switched to a more girth-oriented routine.
5 min of stretch
2 sets of O-bends
10 min of jelq
5 min of an exercise I learned from the web page where you hold your penis at the base to keep the blood in and then squeezed in for a few seconds about every inch all the way up the shaft and back.
I got lazy in the middle of it and just kind of did PE only before I was going to have sex. When me and my at the time girlfriend split I started doing it for real again, but added clamping into my routine.
5 min stretch
1 set O-bends
10 min clamp
1 set O-bends
Then I took like 3-4 more months off because I did not warm up one day and decided to clamp anyway and ended up doing something strange to my penis that took a week or two to make go away. (MAKE SURE YOU WARM UP!)
Then I moved to India, where I took like another month off, and then started up again, but doing hanging for length. Check out my post called “hanging routine” in the hangers forum if you want to see where I’m at.
Really the only advice I can give is stick to it, make sure you warm up, don’t over train, keep reading thunders and refining your technique. Eventually you may want to switch to more intense exercises, as most people do, but make sure that you have exhausted your noobie gains first and have mastered good technique. Listen to what your penis is telling you, PE is different for everyone. If I could have known what I know now when I started I would have a 9 in rod by now.
