Not Getting Results

I am not getting results but am not ready to give up. I have been doing the newbie routine since October. My days on/off due to a rotating privacy schedule are 2/1, 3/1, 3/4, repeat. I have not seen a single increase in any measurement except frustration. I do have the “steel cord” running through the top of my shaft and consequently manual stretches seem futile, but I have been doing them. I have read through so many threads on this site that I really don’t know what to try next. I am open to suggestions.

All I can say is to hang in there. I’ve read through many threads about those that have been in your same position. One in particular come to mind. I’ve supplied a link below… I hope it helps to motivate and give some answers. Maybe his method will help you like it helped him.

Honestly, PE options are limited by privayI have enough privacy that I can hang while on my computer in a chair I purchased for the purpose thereof. But, if you’ve got roommates and you’re doing PE around their schedule…I don’t know what to suggest. If you can work with an extender under your clothes I *may* recommend that route but honestly…that’s a rough situation, having no privacy.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Since it’s been that long, maybe you should give the extender a try. I’m assuming you’re going for length, rather than girth.
If girth is the goal, pumping looks like the best bet.

I don’t have anything against manual stretches, but they just can’t compare to how much time you can achieve with a mechanical device.

Seems you found the answer already. If you have a steel cord regular PE doesnt work at all.

That’s a disingenuous statement. Not only have people with steel cord gained, many with it don’t speak on difficulty or not and gain. It can cause difficulty, it doesn’t necessarily mean it will.

I don’t think your statement is of much help, defeating what hope the OP is trying to keep alive with something that is not even true.

Hm thats unfortunate. My hope was he would stop what he was doing that wasnt working (referred to it as “regular PE”) which I think the thread on Dorsal Thickening says if you dont gain at all, nothing from PE then you have steel cord! Then you must do totally different PE if you want to gain?

So I’m sorry OP dont want to end hope. Steel Cord can only be defeated by targeting the cord. Please look into the thread “Are you suffering from Dorsal Thickening?” where people that suffer steel cord describe how it can be defeated. It involves heating and stretching and cooling off in the longer state, using targeted fulcrum stretch and hanging. They have figured out how to win the war against the horrible steel cord in that thread.

Phil - I’ll consider a mechanical device. I was sticking to the Newbie routine up until now since so many with experience recommended starting there.
Henrik - I get what you are saying - when conventional wisdom isn’t working, look elsewhere. I started reading about dorsal thickening and everything related to it. That certainly seems like my limiting factor.

I’ll try adding in something different and report back.

You could try isolating the chord and working on it. A lot of problems with PE are caused by the fact that you are working against the chemicals (if that is the correct term) that give the erection in the first place. When stimulated, the magic works on the penis, and the chord responds exactly as intended. So try something different. Wait until the erection is exhausted and is fairly soft. You can now isolate the chord and give it some serious massaging. Using both hands and fingers, work on sections two inches apart and gently grip. Now any shock to the penis will automatically engage it’s protection system, so for now only add very light stretching force and hold. You will find after around twenty seconds things relax a little and you can stretch some more. It’s not a comfortable exercise, but well worth doing from time to time. HTH.

What does it feel like to have this steel cord business?


Start: 7" BPEL top measure , 5" MEG, Flaccid:1"

Now: 7.5" BPEL top, 5.5" MEG, Flaccid:5"

Goal: 8" BPEL top, 6" MEG, Flaccid: 6"

The steel cord is a tough fibrous feeling that runs along the top of the shaft, just underneath the skin, from the base all the way to the glans. When flaccid it is not noticeable. When the penis is stretched it is obvious and all stretching force is clearly focused on this. I can not stretch any further than what the “cord” will allow.

Many do not get any gains in the first couple of months. I never saw a gain until 6-7 months into it. How about giving it a bit more time.

Like I said in my initial post, I’m not ready to give up, yet. After I-beam recommended reading Johan’s posts I have decided to focus on JAI stretches. Let’s hope this sparks some progress.

I tried PE off & on for a year before I got completely serious & deadly consistent and at last saw my first concrete gains. Prior to that point, I figured all of this was too good to be true. Funny how we keep trying, huh? Your issue’s different with the “steel cord” problem but if anything can help you, it’s this forum’s deep body of knowledge and the brotherhood that keeps adding to it. Just wanted to camp-on & say good luck - glad you’re sticking with it!
