Not gaining, losing motivation

So I’ve been doing PE for about 5 to 6 months, more consistently this past 2 months, and I haven’t really gained anything. Right now I’m trying to focus on length but it’s just not working. It sucks because all of this kills my motivation. Currently, I shower for a warm up, then I do about 150 towel hangs, about 5 min stretching (I’ve now changed to about 10min stretching), and then 20min of wet jelqing. Personally, I believe it is a pretty good workout, however the results tell the story. Anyways, I may have gained a little in length but its hard to tell. I have not gained in girth either. I really do not know what to do now, and I need advice. I know my ligaments are pretty tight though, I have a LOT at 10 o’clock. Should I stretch more? Has anyone found any really good manual (hand) exercises that helped get over the bump that I’m having? Thanks.

Maybe you should take a big break and then start again since you haven’t gained anything. Then start with very easy exercises and then build it up(by doing this we can see that are you less is more kind of type or more is more kind of type). Are you sure that you’re doing those exercises correctly? How about your PI’s, EQ? I’ve struggled with gains myself, but very good girth exercise that I know is them horse440 squuezes but they’re not for newbies and it can really hurt your unit if you do them wrong.

Too little stretching. Try adding another 10min and see what happens.

Current: 29 April 2013, 8.875bpel x 5.8mseg; bpfsl=9.25; fl=7x5

Goal: 9NBP x 6.25mseg and the best EQ ever!

I think I’ll add more stretching and see what happens. After all my ligaments are pretty damn tight. Thanks guys!
