Not gaining, losing motivation
So I’ve been doing PE for about 5 to 6 months, more consistently this past 2 months, and I haven’t really gained anything. Right now I’m trying to focus on length but it’s just not working. It sucks because all of this kills my motivation. Currently, I shower for a warm up, then I do about 150 towel hangs, about 5 min stretching (I’ve now changed to about 10min stretching), and then 20min of wet jelqing. Personally, I believe it is a pretty good workout, however the results tell the story. Anyways, I may have gained a little in length but its hard to tell. I have not gained in girth either. I really do not know what to do now, and I need advice. I know my ligaments are pretty tight though, I have a LOT at 10 o’clock. Should I stretch more? Has anyone found any really good manual (hand) exercises that helped get over the bump that I’m having? Thanks.
