Hello guys, I have stretched for quite a while on a quite consistent basis, over a year. I have took time off a while ago- about 6 weeks.

I do not seem to have gained hardly any length though. My penis curves upwards, are there any stretches that help better with upward pointing ones? Anyone with similar problem to this?can anyone recommend something to help me with length?

I have started jelqing consistently for about 2 months. Not measured the girth but maybe a little increase but not in length.

Any recommendations? Thanks guys.

Stumpy, what have your gains been with clamps, and what is your routine? I didn’t find either listed under your statistics.

Well I have been Pe’ing for just over 2 years. Went from 5.5 EL & 5.75 EG to 7 EL & 6 EG. Not all clamping. First, I experimented with homemade hangers, then went to manual stretching, to hand squeeze exercises, and now I just clamp.

Nice gains. How much of that is from clamping, and how much clamping do you do?

Not sure to the first question. And about 3 x 2-4min clamp (I jelq a bit, squeeze, and squash while the clamp is on). So, really no set routine.

Well I have always done manual stretches in all directions. Usually holding the stretch for about 30 seconds. Usually repeating 2-3 times per direction. I added BTC stretches several months ago and did those for about 6 weeks but then took a break because my penis had got discoloured, which looked like bruising.
I started again in the first week in January. I added jelqing. Started at 150 reps and now do about 250. Done this roughly every other day. I was wondering if hanging would be my next step or should I just continue manual stretches but concentrate on the BTC?

Do you clamp with the standard cable clamps? Do you use one or two clamps?
I did clamping on my first year of PE. I gained 0.5” from it but also a bad discoloration that now, after a year of pumping, has vanished.
