So, I’ve been doing PE for about a year now, and while I have made some progress in girth (as much as 0.5 inches), I have not gained even a quarter inch in length. This concerns me because I’m nearing my girth goal, but my length is lagging behind, and it may get to the point where it is unproportional. I’m now just over 6” NBPEL, and about 5.5” EG (and slightly more girth just after jelqing).

Anyway, I started with the newbie routine, and as time passed I basically just did more of it, and increased the intensity. When I increased the intensity of my jelqs I started to see the girth gains. But it seems no amount of jelqing or stretching is helping me gain length. For the record, I do dry jelqs, and various manual stretches. Help please! Any suggestions?

Also, I was wondering about food. You are what you eat after all, so what kind of food helps PE? Does anyone even know? I haven’t seen much discussion about this on the forums.. Perhaps it’s something that needs to be looked at.

Consider hanging. Become a social recluse. You will see your gains . Check the hanging section.

You jelqed with a higher erection all the while? If so, that could cause you to gain girth faster than length. Jelq at low erections. Maybe 20-40% erections. Stick to about 200 of them. Include V-stretches and a ADS

Stick to a healthy diet. By that I mean eat enough carbohydrates, Proteins, Fat. Also get a multi Vitamin & mineral supplement. Drink lots of water. About 4 litres or so. Dont smoke and dont do too much alcohol.

Im not sure that there is anything called as PE food. Sticking to a good diet helps even otherwise.


Walk slowly but never backwards.

- Invest more time in regular stretching, do 20-30 min a day.
- Add advanced stretches like JAI stretches, invented v, two way and v stretches.
- Jelq at a low erection level (20-40%) for 10 minutes.
- Add Amazing Isometrics to speed things up.

I didn’t gain any length for 2 months, so I tried it at a lower level, like 30% and I think I’ve gained .25” in the last few weeks. Definately put more emphasis on stretches though.

I started jelqing with a lower erection level, like around 50% or so, and I varied that a lot, but it didn’t seem to do anything. When I started doing it around 80-90% I saw some girth gains. I don’t do 100% though, because then it’s too hard and I can’t do the exercise properly.

And thanks for the replies guys, I’ll give these other things a shot and see what happens.. I don’t really want to get into hanging though, I’m not sure I have time for that.

I’m in your situation, I can’t seem to gain any length right now, just girth. I tried a 40min/day stretching only routine and I only gained girth from it, PE is weird like that. Sometimes it feels like you don’t know what you’ll get in terms of gains and it doesn’t matter what exercise you do, just that you stimulate/stress the penis in some way and the body will decide how the gains will manifest.

Maybe there’s some kind of phases in gains. Maybe you need to keep gaining girth up til a certain threshold then you’ll start gaining length again, like you need to fill up the girth ratio first to be able to gain more length and so on. Vets, what do you say?
