Not gaining any length.
So, I’ve been doing PE for about a year now, and while I have made some progress in girth (as much as 0.5 inches), I have not gained even a quarter inch in length. This concerns me because I’m nearing my girth goal, but my length is lagging behind, and it may get to the point where it is unproportional. I’m now just over 6” NBPEL, and about 5.5” EG (and slightly more girth just after jelqing).
Anyway, I started with the newbie routine, and as time passed I basically just did more of it, and increased the intensity. When I increased the intensity of my jelqs I started to see the girth gains. But it seems no amount of jelqing or stretching is helping me gain length. For the record, I do dry jelqs, and various manual stretches. Help please! Any suggestions?
Also, I was wondering about food. You are what you eat after all, so what kind of food helps PE? Does anyone even know? I haven’t seen much discussion about this on the forums.. Perhaps it’s something that needs to be looked at.
