I’ve doing the standard newbie routine for about 3 months about 60 jelqing stokes instead of 200 hundred.. And I am using my andropenis device on standard mode for about 2 and a half months.. Not seeing any gaining yet.. Some times it seems bigger and some times it seems smaller in flaccid state.. And as Far as erected state not seen any growth.Am I doing anything wrong.? Do I overtrain or do undertrain.. Do the extenders really work or I am wasting my time.. I am also taking vitamin E for better healing and conditioning my penis.. Any advice would be very helpful.. Anyone who is familiar with andropenis I am wondering if it would be wiser to change to special mode.. Please answer.. Thank you.

Ok, let’s see: I don’t know what standard mode or special mode means, but I do know that extenders give gains after many hundreds of hours of wearing. I think it would be better focusing only on few techniques for now, because more things you mix, less you are able to understand what is working or not. So, for now it would be better leaving apart the andropenis.

60 jelqs is too low after 3 months, for most people. Of course, it could be enough for you, but some more information is needed : in example, your erections are harder/more frequent? Your penis stays pumped and bigger for some hours after your PE session? Do you get red dots? The more information you give us, the better.

A little bit more information would be helpful. Your routine when you started, your routine now, schedule, have you noticed any increase in size after a session? Does you penis feel fatigued by the amount of work you are putting in? Are your PIs in check? Stuff like that. It is hard to determine if you are over or undertraining. But doing 60 jelqs per session I doubt you are overtraining. 3 months of training under your belt you should be anywhere from 200-400 jelqs per session.

I think you are not doing enough to stimulate growth. Up the number of jelqs gradually and see what happens.

How long are you wearing the andro? I’ve heard you need like 6hrs per day for 4 months before you see results. I would not put all my hope into it. Focus more on manual exercises to see more gains. Extenders do work, but they work best in part with a solid PE routine.

If you’re going with the andro standard method you’re wearing it all from 8-12 hr per day, right?
I did that too, but found it was killing my dick (yet a few months gave me 1cm gain). I have put the andropenis away for a period and only focus on manual training. My plan is to get back to it in the future, but with less hours. (5 hours max and including resting days).

I agree with previous answers on upping the jelqing, but do you do manual stretching also?

To be more exact. I use my andropenis more than 2 and half month. I am using the andropenis for about 5 to 6 hours a day. But I change to the next level when I reach the sum of hours for every second that’s why I am saying I am in the 2 and a half month in the manual’s program. The routine when I started was about 60 to 70 jelqs.. I reached the 200 eventually but I thought that I overworked.. My penis isn’t pumped and bigger for a long time after a session. I do get some red dots.. Which aren;t staying along much.. As long as the erections it is hard to say. Sometimes they are more frequent and some others less. These days they are a bit less that’s why I am wondering if I am overtraining. I am having difficulty determining what is best for me.

From my own experience I would suggest taking a break from the stretcher and see if you experience better PI. Take a short break and start up manual training only. Using the stretcher every day won’t give you enough rest. :)

I took a break 2 weeks ago from the strecher. I had better PI. Harder erections and more frequent for the whole week. But as far as the lenght is concerned I noticed that for the first 4 days it was bigger and the rest days before I started using the strecher it was reduced. It seemed and felt wicker and smaller. How do you suggest using the strecher?

I suggest not using it as frequent as you do, because it is giving you bad PI. Maybe 3 days a week for 5 hour (?)

Use it as a supplement to the newbie routine and not a main source of PE. See how your PI will respond. :)

I agree with petrus as well. You might end up gaining from it. Change is good sometimes. Then if you still want to, use the andro as a supplementary exercise.

When you started did you do stretching alongside the jelqing? Also did/do you warm up/down?

I wasn’t clear with my first statement. What I meant was, he does the manual exercise only routine for some time and he notices gains from it. He can then use the stretcher to see if it will increase the rate at which he notices the gains. If there is an increase in rate of gains, then use it as a supplementary. If there is no increase or it slows down then he scraps the stretcher (from the routine).

But then again, I like to keep it simple. If I find something works I rarely modify it.

Thanks guys. This was very helpful. But I have a question to make. I am thinking doing my PE routine and change my strecher mode from normal to special. The special mode is 4 hours a day and change the cm every 3 for the first 2 months and every 10 for the second after. Not many hours of streching but tension also remains as supplement to the PE routine.What do you think? Aom91 yes I do the manual streching and the warm up and warm down in every session.
