Been doing newbie routine for a couple of weeks.Im not really feeling even a little soreness or fatigue in my unit the next day.Am i not stretching/jelqing intensely enough?

How much stretching in terms of how long you hold and total time?

Also jelqing, whats the total time?

I have been sore on occasions but it was quite rare, on the other hand when I did the newbie routine I had to cut back on the jelqing advised as it was too much until about the 3rd month.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

PE is not bodybuilding.

You shouldn’t be *seeking* to be sore or feeling fatigued. I guess you are asking if you are going too light. Some guys never get sore at all, others their units have to take time to get acclimated. I was in the latter category. I wouldn’t do anything more than you are until a month out when you can see if you are making progress. If you are, then don’t worry about it.

Make sure your grip is tight enough that it fatigues your hand and forearm after 20-40 jelqs. In my opinion if you can do more than 40 or so with the same hand, you’re not squeezing hard enough.

Yo, this sounds a little bit much in terms of advice. “Squeezing hard enough” Hmm. I personally believe the focus is on maintaining a consistant stretch. I would take it slow but be persistant in your PE and you will see gains. Don’t try and force some quick gains for the sake of damaging your penis.
