Not feeling a stretch in ligs
I started out with the newbie routine doing these NJC jelqs for length, (instead of normal jelqs) for about 3 weeks, unfortunately with no results. I started doing 60 of them with 10 sec hold, going up 10 reps each week. I also do the L bend at the end of each stretch, which I do the last 5 secs of the stretch. I used to feel a pretty hardcore stretch in my ligs everytime I did these, but now I can hardly feel any stretch in my ligs, even when I do the L stretch,with alot of force. Is this normal??
I’m suprised I haven’t seen any gains yet either, since NJC jelqs seem to be quite an intense exercise. (For a newbie at least). Ehh.. I’m starting getting a little discouraged.. Maybe I should up the reps? Or.. Not do NJC jelqs.. Maybe?
