My routine is to dry jelq for 9 - 12 minutes under a heat lamp (after 5.5 minutes of warming up under it) with some manual stretches done at the end or at the beginning
Is that enough? Sometimes I do a few ulis at the end.
I usually don’t do more than 2 days in a row and no more than 2 days off in a row. So 3-5 sessions a week. It seems like I do rest days a lot more than other people.
7 months in now. Think I’ve gained .5 an inch length but not really sure because I wasn’t measuring bone pressed in the beginning
