Not enough time
Hi, my problem is that I don’t have enough time for one longer routine. I was wondering whether I could split my routine so that I would do my jelqing and v-jelqing in the morning and stretching in the evening. Of course I always do proper warm-up before PE so I will not list it in the routine below.
Wet jelqing-150 reps, 2-3 second strokes (both hands count as one rep)
V-jelqs 90 reps, 2 second strokes (both hands count as one rep)
Stretches-3 reps in each direction for 30 seconds
