Not a newb, considering clamping...
Hi,
my PE story goes back to april 2006.
Semi-constant exercising until august, then I went on a steady strict routine with 3/1 days, and 2/1 days.
ABout 50min/session
of manual stretching and jelqing + many variations.
As to this day, 6/1-2007, I have seen zero, 0, no gains at all. I only see a little more veins.
My thing is 12cm length and about 11,5cm around.
So, I should be able to say I am conditioned??
May I clamp u think, at least start slowly? Or do one have to see gains BEFORE clamping?
I’d like to know if other people have started gaining from clamping after they have gained nothing before…
