Noob to PE here
Hey there fellas, glad to be here. As you can see I’m new PE and this is my first post. I’m currently beginning the Newbie routine but I have a question on manual stretching the downward stretch in particular, I’m not sure why but when I try to manually stretch for 30 seconds my hand always slips before I can reach the required time. Even with dry hands I get the same result.
I know this is supposed to be fairly easy so it’s quite weird I’m having trouble. Any advice? Thanks guys.
