Noob seeking advice
Gentlemen,
I’ve read that the idea with warming up is to help increase blood flow to the penis. I was wondering if actually working out b4 for PE sessions would enhance anything.
- Thinking that a 20-30 minute jog b4 the routine would help by getting my blood pumping. (Of course I would warm my junk up as routine)
Also after my routine in stead of using a towel or rice bag to warm down can I take a hot-warm bath?
And how long should one wait to have sex after a session?
