Ok so I have been doing PE for 3 weeks now using the beginner routine and at first my eq was through the roof. But now on my 3rd week eq and morning wood have gone way down. I have been doing my jelqs at 50% or as close as I can the entire time. Should I take some time off and then come back to it at a higher erection level?

Routine
10 min warm up with rice sock
5 min stretch
15 min slow 3-5 sec jelqs
5 min cool down


Starting stats: BPEL 6.750, BPFSL 7.00, MSEG 5.50

Short term goal: BPEL 7.00, BPFSL 7.250, MSEG 5.60

Long term goal: to become epic or NBPEL 8.00, MSEG 6.0

I would suggest jelqing at 50-70%. Anything higher is not recommend. I think you should take a day off and lighten up on pressure applied to your jelqs. Same thing happened to me. I was jelqing tighter than usual and my EQ started to decrease. I think many people made this mistake when first starting out as I did

Haha, thats a funny name man. It says that if you are focusing on length gains, less erection is better but for girth, more erection is better. But, if your just beginning, maybe you should go light with your jelqing, then build up as your member becomes accustomed to the stress. Hope this helps.

How many rest days do you have between your workouts? That is as important as the intensity of the workouts too. Lessened morning wood the morning after a routine isn’t great but isn’t something that I would worry about at your stage. However I certainly wouldn’t do another set of exercises that day. If you are getting “tired dick” feeling or lessened EQ then take a day or two, or three, off until it’s back up to snuff. Then do another routine day, and continue. Factored in to this, how much other activity is your dick getting? You want to be sure he’s not getting overworked from sex or masturbation *and* PE at the same time.
