Hey guys.

I just started PEing seriously mid march. I did some jelqing on and off for a couple weeks before that, but was not really serious at the time. I’m starting off pretty good at 7 EBP and 5 EG with 5.5 FL and 4.5 FG, but it’s just not enough, baby.

Shorter term goal is 8x6 and I’m currently doing a modified newbie routine.

Warm up 10mins
10 minutes of manual stretching
Warm up 5 mins
10 mins manual jelq
Warm up 5 mins
10 mins light pumping
Warm down 10 mins

No turtling! I usually tuck at night, and during the day I’ll do a quick stretch to keep it hanging whenever I can.

I plan on doing this for a couple months total and then plan on hanging and longer jelq times. I ordered a bib hanger but am going to hold off on using that for a little while until I get conditioned. Then I will hang and use more vacuum on the pump, and I also have to figure what I am going to do for ADS. My job may prevent me from doing much ADS, unless I can find something that doesn’t show barely at all.

I have “THE BIG MANS PUMP” (lol) from Adam and Eve and obviously my cock comes nowhere near filling this 12inx8in girth monster tube. Here is the question. Does it matter that the tube is so huge? Would it be better off to get a pump that is closer to my size? Like a 9x2 tube or something?

My pump uses a little squeeze bulb to create pressure and there is no gauge. I find that when the bulb won’t expand fully back to full size is pretty much right where I start feeling a little discomfort. I ordered the pump that was posted somewhere on this site from Harborfreight to hook up to my cylinder so I will have a better pump and accurate pressure monitoring.

Any suggestions on my routine?

It would be better if you got a real pump with a gauge and closer to your size. gprent has a nice thread in the pumpers forum for cylinder sizing and such. Avocet8 and gprent will help you in the pumpers forum, good luck to you.

Why are you doing so many warm ups ? Just once before and once after your workout should be enough.

I just figured keeping everything nice and warm would help prevent injury with me being a noob and all. Plus one reason I heat before pumping is that I cup my balls with the heating pad so when I pump they will hang really low and not get sucked into the tube. Using the huge tube I have can allow my balls to get sucked up towards it and I have to hold them down to prevent it while I pump. If they are hanging low it is much less of an issue.

BTW, I’m seeing some gains already. My flaccid is always hanging well and doesn’t turtle like it used to when I was working out at the gym. Now it’s always a swingin’. My girth seems a LITTLE BIT more substantial, but I am going to wait until the 3 month mark until I measure. Length increases over .5in when pumping, so it looks like I have a lot of stretching ability in the ligs, hopefully. Loving this stuff.

Good move getting the Harborfreight pump with the gauge. I pump, and at low vacuum. One thing having a pump with a gauge teaches you is that by the time you feel vacuum, it’s much too high. I would suggest that once you have a pump with a gauge, rather than increasing vacuum level, over time increase your time in the tube at low vacuum. With increasing your time in the tube, take regular breaks and jelq to keep things circulating.

I don’t think that it matters that the tube is ‘so huge’ as long as your balls aren’t getting sucked into it. However, if you’re thinking about getting another tube, check out this thread:

The length doesn’t matter so much (as long as you’re not running into the end of the tube ;) ; it’s the diameter that makes a difference.

Welp, I have some changes and some questions.

First of all, I’m not going to measure until 3 months after my start date.

My cock seems to be the same length, but my girth seems more substantial and my boners are hard as a rock. I finally received my Harbor Freight pump and it works REALLY well. It’s easy to vary the pressure and get it exactly where I want it. I have been doing a couple 10 minute sets at 5 HG and eventually getting up to 6 HG towards the end. It really seems to be working.

My flaccid length seems longer and my normal flaccid hang seems slightly thicker, but a good bit longer with much less turtling.

The thing I dislike is jelqing. I know it is the staple of PE, but I just don’t feel like I am getting a benefit. I can’t seem to build near the pressure I get from pumping or wearing a cock ring. Any tips?

Bubs, I wouldn’t be doing so many warm ups. In my opinion, the initial warm up and the warm down should be sufficient. Anything else would be wasting time which you could be doing exercises. But other than that the workout seems good. Oh, congrats on your gains and keep it up.

Warmups are important. I did the Modified Newbie Routine, and I’ve gained .75” BPEL in half a year. I think it works out great.

I know warm ups and warm downs are impotant but to do them during the workout it self IMO is a waste of time. But since you are gaining from it continue. Don’t stop what you’re doing.-Sounds like I’m contradicting myself doesnt it??:D

I stopped doing the mid routine warm ups when it was suggested before and just do the beginning and end warm wraps now.

I am thinking of getting a new pumping tube that is just a little wider than my dick so I can shoot for some length gains first. I’d love to find one I could hook up to my Harbor Freight pump now. I see a lot of the companies that sell tubes have some little fitting on them which wouldn’t be compatible. Any suggestions of cylinders that have just a little nipple for the hose to hook to?

Ok, update time.

I stopped pumping a couple weeks ago and have just been doing the newbie routine. I figured I better start out nice and slow and get it conditioned well before going hardcore, even though I did experience good signs of gaining.

My cock still feels even more substantial in my hands, and I feel a good pull on the ligs when stretching. My head used to be quite a bit bigger than the shaft, but the shaft is catching up.

Here is the good news. My girlfriend has been noticing. She keeps telling me it feels big while we are having sex lately, and I never mentioned PE and haven’t really talked about size much before, so I know she’s not saying it to make me feel good.

Also, I’ve dropped about 10 lbs, so the fat pad has shrunk a little bit.

I’m still going to wait to measure, but I’m guessing I’ve gained a good 1/4 in BP and definitely some girth, too.

Exciting stuff!!

Oh, I received my Bib hardcore starter and tried it out once just to see how it worked. It’s fantastic. I am going to wait until I hit 3 months before I start using it though. I may actually even wait until I stop gaining from tugging alone before I start hanging. Does this make sense?
