Hello there to everyone on the forum! I have been reading on this forum for a few months now, and I’m looking for some basic advice about getting into clamping. I have searched the topic to an extent but I feel more comfortable asking a few things myself before I blow my penis up! I have been dong a very basic routine for 3 to 4 months now: 5 min warm up, then 10 to 15 minutes of wet or dry jelqs, and some occassional Ulis and stretches. My length is 5.9 NBP and my girth is 4.5. I want to gain girth so bad :( This is why I have turned to clamping.

I realize this may be a little early for clamping, but I have been prepping my unit for the last couple weeks with long lasting Ulis. However, the last thing I want is to burst a vein, or loose my ability to gain an erection. I think I will start with 5 minutes, and move up to ten minutes in a month or so.

I bought a cable clamp, and I want to start asap.

So my question is simply what are some of the warning signs that my dick hates clamping and it wants to explode? Any advice of girth gains in general are welcome as well. If all this is a repost feel free to slap me and ill crawl back into search-box land.

Clamping is an extreme exercise. The newbie routine for at least three months is recommended for everyone who starts PE. Honestly a few weeks of uli’s aren’t going to condition your penis to handle the more advanced exercises and MOREOVER, you need to learn about your PI’s, your body is different than anybody else’s and doing the newbie routine is proven the safest and most effective option. After you learn to listen to your penis and you exhaust the possibility of gains from the newbie routine then you move on to the other stuff.

Warning signs your dick hates clamping are things like burst veins, pain, coldness, numbness, darkened or black color, anything other than a bigger fully functioning dick really. Patience is key here, it’s a long time for gains like in terms of years. You can make your goals but it is never an over night thing. I’m going on 4 years and still am just getting close to my goals.

Anyway, you can make up your own mind but there’s my 2 cents. And welcome to the forum.

Thank you tootyfisty for your reply. I really do appreciate it. Ill take your advice and stick to the noob routine for a while. Without getting too naggy and detailed, can I ask what exercises you think contributed the most to your .75 inch girth gains? I would trade 2 fingers and toes for thank kind of gain.

I realize my last post had a mistake your girth gains are 1/2 inch not .75 inches I believe. Regardless its still impressive.


if you gained half an inch in girth in 3 to 4 months you gain (in average) about 1.5 to 2 inches in a full year. That is an awfull fast girth gain!

So why would you alternate the routine you did in if the gains are so good?

Once you start clamping, you will toughen up the tissues of your penis to resist very high pressures. Which makes it hard to then gain from any lower pressures. The only sensible time to ever start clamping is when you are no longer getting gains from other girth exercises. Starting before then will limit, not increase your gains! Wait until you have got everything you can from jelqing, Uli’s etc. before clamping.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Thank you gentlemen for the replys. Richard I was stating that tootyfisty had gained 1/2 an inch of girth no myself. I can basically tell though that I have not gained anything, (or very miniscule) in my girth in my last 3 to 4 months.

And to firegoat thank you for sharing your knowledge about the tissues toughening up from clamping. That makes sense, so I will stay away from clamping until I’m sure uli’s and jelqs will give me no more results.

The newbie routine got me 1.25 inch in length and .3 inch in girth. After that it was newbie routine plus manual stretching for the last .25 inch length gain and the last .2 inch girth came from a combination manual clamp and cable clamp routine that I did for 60 days very regimented and consistent. That’s after about three years of prior PE work. I currently do not clamp. I’m Thinking about pumping

1.5 inch length in three years.
.5 inch girth in three years.

It’s not a bad ROI and I’ve had almost no injury or problems.
