I’ve tried for so long to see progress from PE. I’ve been PEing for almost 2 years (well, trying different things). Lately, like for the past 3 months, I’ve worked up gradually from the 5min stretch 5min jelq to 10min stretch 20 min jelq and I just haven’t seen any progress. Not even mentionable erection quality improvement. And so I kinda decided to quit, because it takes up much time a day seeing as I don’t achieve any progress.

Now I just measured myself again after I quit one week ago and I’m smaller, girth and length! What is it about my penis, that’s so different from all you guys’ ?!

How is your general health and fitness? How consistent have you been in your PE? Do you use heat to warm up? Do you edge? Do you kegel? How old are you? How is your diet? Do you drink alcohol? Take drugs (medical or recreational)? Smoke?

There are plenty of things that can hamper your PE. Is there anything that is a stumbling block to your overall health? Maybe this needs to be addressed?

I workout plenty. Been very consistent. Use 5 min heat up and down. Kegel everytime I PE’d. I’m 23. I eat healthy, don’t drink or smoke or take drugs. All in all I’m healthy

I know exactly how you feel, seeing gains takes long time. That’s why people quit. PE is hard thing to master.
You’re not the only one here. Also, Crabman99(if I remember correctly) had this thread where he said that he didn’t gain anything in a year.
Also, sometimes I fell exactly the same way, like this isn’t working. I just won’t quit, grow big or die trying!

Have you tried V-stretching? Also, try to use heat during PE. For example stretching under a warm shower, it might help you out.
May I ask, what are your stats?

Ask yourself if you are doing the right routine. Read the “less is more, or MORE IS MORE?”-thread by sparkyX in the articles forum.

For me, stretching made my EQ worse and i didnt see gains. I only see gains when i jelq. Maybe something to think about?

I just read some of the “less is more, or MORE IS MORE” article. It’s just that about 3 or 4 months ago I had done a very light routine say 5min of each and I wrote a thread about not getting results and people said it was not enough, but before that, say 2-3 months before I’ve been doing more than my current routine, written a thread and was told that it was too much. It’s very hard for me to believe that my only mistake for not seeing any result at all is because I’m just missing the exact amount of PE’ing a day, if you know what I mean?

I really want to grow, and I am willing to work for it, but I just don’t seem to respond to it.

Btw I haven’t tried V-stretching. I think I’ve actually got warned about them, because they were kinda advanced?

My current stats are NBPEL 5,9”
EG 4,8”

Instead of leaving PE you can always try an extender.

I have got one actually, but I can’t figure out how to use it. It constantly slips off no matter what I do. I can keep it on for a maximum of like 10 minutes and then it slips of the head because all the blood escapes and it becomes small.

Williamhung—Sorry about your struggles with PE. It’s tough when it seems like everyone but you is succeeding.

The thing about PE is that it becomes a challenge of experimentation, but each experiment needs lots of time to pan out as a success or failure. But even when you have ‘failed’ you have succeeded in one sense: now you know that a particular routine isn’t netting gains, so you can permanently eliminate it as an option. That starts a process of simplification as you move forward to try something new.

The psychological component of PE is the biggest test. Do you have the willpower to continue in the face of apparent failure to get what you’d hoped for? You definitely aren’t alone.

You noted that you haven’t experienced significant improvement in EQ, but you didn’t say that it has suffered as a result of the PE you have been trying. How about increasing your current routine a bit more, say more jelqing time combined with more aggressive warm-ups? What about intensifying your stretches or spending more time doing them? Maybe make your experimentation an attempt to see if you can prompt some better EQ? Push your training envelope a little, but of course always with common sense and your first priority being preservation of positive PIs.

Stick around. There are lots of veterans who’d try to help you push forward.

You’ve been doing PE for much longer than I have. I recommend that you take advice from others but at the same time if you feel like you want to try to something don’t do it just because someone told you it was to advanced. Try finding what is right for you and do it. Stick to new routines for 3 months and if you don’t notice anything work up to something a little more advanced or add more time to the routine. What I’m trying to say is that this PE thing is not science and no one will be able to tell you exactly what to do to grow a bigger dick. Best of luck. Oh and always remember to have a positive attitude. Not just about PE but in life in general. In PE I am sure it will go a long way.

try different wrapping techniques and different dick states(semi..).
Use low traction first and kegel blood in(losen the tension a bit and kegel in)
