My only advice to you is to look into piss-pulls.

This is manual stretching while you are using the restroom.

I’ve heard of people that actually gained by just doing piss-pulls every time they went to take a leak.

Also, if you have time to jack off, then I’m sure you can squeeze in some Jelqs for girth.

To all of this I have just a few things to say. If you don’t got time, then don’t start PE at all. I need to support people as a moderator and help them around this forum. But the truth is HappytoPE is right. What do you expect? The same goes for bodybuilding, didn’t you hear? No pain - no gain or no pain - no game! I mean PE is really a way of life, you need to be dedicated and spend good time on it. If you want to expect any thing from it. Pain is definitely not the way to go with PE. Time and dedication is another matter.

Please read next time a bit better, I theoretically spoke like in a metaphoric way. I told that’s a way of bodybuilding! And then again I told that PE needs the same dedication! Those were just phrases from bodybuilding! I never said that pain is good in PE.
