No Spots, Burnt Caps?
I have a technical/advanced question regarding spotting and a possibly advanced question about capillaries.
Here’s the situation: After I have Jelqed using 3-6 second strokes of moderate but firm pressure for 20-60 minutes, I see absolutely no spotting. I am still getting used to it and I have had spotting in the past using other methods (pumping) but now, I see none.
Short of pain or numbness or other such sensations, what warning signs can I use to determine when I have done enough during a session? I have no visible clues to go by, so I’m stumped. Also, what amount of time would be considered to be too long for a Jelqing session? Is it even possible to do this for too long?
I want to develop a routine where I do a little each day. Is this possible or is recovery time on alternate days absolutely necessary?
Capillaries: Is it possible to “burn out” these vessels? Mine used to be less apparent and were much thinner, but they are now thicker (sometimes moreso in some areas than in others) and are more visible. As far as I know, this is causing no difficulties, but could this condition potentially be a serious injury?
