Hey guys, I might just be getting eager, but I’ve been doing this for a little over a month now and haven’t seen any type of result. Well, not any type, it is more veiny now for doing the exercise. My question is, am I doing it wrong or something? I dry jelq just because it is easier for me and my life style. Should I be expecting some kind of results this early, or, am I just not patient enough?! I don’t want to give up, but seeing no result is very discouraging.

From my own (limited) experience, 4 weeks is way too early to expect results. I know that some folks are extremely lucky and have measurable gains within the first 3 months or so, but for me, I have exactly 0 gains so far as well. I do have a girth increase but that’s due to cocking&pumping. This is a slow road and tbh you might need a long, long time. Think years, not weeks.

I cannot forecast your gains. No one can. But I can forecast disappointment if you are expecting them this early.

There is no “average time” folks gain but a watched pot cannot boil. Reduce measuring times to once a month or every 6 weeks. This way the fractions of an inch you grow in that span can be more obvious when they happen. Even though pe may still take months for a measurable, repeatable result. Make sure you use the same ruler the same way when you use it. Changing measuring tools induces error that can be prevented.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Try warming up with stretching before you shower and doing wet jelqs with lube or oil while you shower. Expecting gains from 1 month of newbie dry jelqs is a little absurd. You’re barely doing anything. Work yourself up to higher intensity stuff and just take it slow. If there’s one thing I learned from reading the experiences of others it’s to be patient.

Current - 11/25/20: BPEL: 7.2" (+.7") MEG: 4.75" (+.09") --- Roughly 1 year of PE and a long hiatus in between.

Girthquest: Short-term Goal: MEG: 5" -- Ultimate Cemented Goal: MEG: 5.25"
