I have done pe before and saw no results then but not so much religiously. I do it now also but I guess I need to intensify my routine currently it is
5 minutes warm
5mins jelq
1-2mins or stretching
5mins warm down
It has been 2 weeks and I have seen no results.

I didn’t expect them by now but just checking with you guys

You’re not doing enough.

Jelq 200 strokes at 3 seconds per stroke = 10 minutes.
Stretch 30 seconds each in five directions (up, down, left, right, straight out), then repeat = 5 minutes
Do some kegels.
Take the next day off.

Do that for six weeks and tell us what happens.

It’s something I already can do very well.

Just do about 50/day. You can do them on your “off” day or on the day you exercise. You can do them all at once or spread them out during the day when you think about it. Some guys hold them for a few seconds, but I don’t think that’s necessary.

I’d say you need to do more.

Although I did start at your level about 2 months back and have built up very slowly.

All my stats suggest I had quite tight ligaments and I would guess that to be true. I found doing a few minute stretching and jelqing left me feeling a little sore after a PE session.

I now see feeling sore afterward as a good sign, however, it is getting harder to get that feeling.

I’m currently at 15 minutes jelqing and 10 minute stretching after about 8 weeks, I’m taking things slowy, no rush, but am starting to step-up what I’m doing.

Man I am almost completing one year in PE and I have gained virtually nothing in lengh (I don’t how many I gained), you have to be patience, I now this is harsh time, but you have nothing to lose (well I think you don’t). I know that is hard when you see a guy that has gained a 1” inch in 1 month, all I want it’s 1”, and how this sound unfair, but you have to keep on man, and eventually you will get your goals.
