Hi I have doing the newbie routine for about a month, and I just measured and I am the same length as before, is this normal?
There are several possibilities. Some people never gain. Some people don’t do the exercises correctly or for a long enough amount of time each session. Some people take a while to get their first gains. Without knowing more about what you’re doing, it’s difficult to give an more specific answer.
One month is not enough time- it takes longer than that just to become good at stretching.
You’re in it for the long haul or your not in it at all.
If you haven’t gained in 3 months, then make a new post. 1 month with no gain is nothing to get worried about.
