No Pain after Jelqing and Manual Stretches

I’ve been jelqing for 3 days now and haven’t felt any pain at all in my penis after doing a 10 minute jelq session and a 5 minute manual stretching session.

Is this normal?

Why should you feel pain?

If it HURTS - Don’t do it.

That is the PE motto. Pain is bad.

If sports is “No Pain, No Gain”

PE is “Pain, No Gain.”

Keep PE in the pleasure zone. The worst you should feel is very very very mild soreness. As if you had a wild sex weekend in Vegas.

But shouldn’t I have some sort of fatigue or something in my penis after jelqing and stretching?

I have been thinking the same.

No pain, no gain.

This early on in your PE experience, if you go to fatigue, you are likely to get turtling and temporary shrinkage.

Pain is never necessary to gain.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Also I’d like to say that if you see a discoloration or bad erections then your routine is not good for you. You should change it.

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

I have found that some soreness is a good indicator that enough effort has been put forth in your work-out, but that pain is never good and should be seen as a warning that you could cause damage if you persist.

The great thing is that, with enough rest, we can recover from all sorts of trauma, including pulling your dick too hard.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
