Hey guys, I just came back from 4 months at college during which I did zero PE exercises. I lost all the great gains I had made 0.5” EL 0.5” EG, which made me a bit depressed (as one would expect, watching their cock shrink).
I’m finding it rather hard to find motivation to start back my exercises. Any advice on how to regain my motivation and how to do the exercises privately at college.
If you got the gains once you can get them again, and some have reported they come back faster. That should be motivation enough.
Some people don’t get gains or people like me gain so small and slow it’s ridiculous. But, it is your choice to continue.
The thinking that goes through my head when I feel like this is all a waste of time is “if I continue there’s a chance I can get gains and reach my goals, on the other hand if I stop there is no chance of that happening.”
I usually go with the, if there’s a chance I’ll try option. And for PE and college, all I can say is learn your roommates schedule and patterns. Or take very long showers.

Yeah I’m back from my first semester of college and when you go, a lot of stuff you did daily just plain stops.
All I want for Christmas is a little EG,
and to correct curvature, which is going well.
Yeah man, on the motivation, I have troubles there too. I am honestly following a routine for more than a week for the first time since I joined. I just finally realized that I wanted to do it. Plus you already know you can make gains, so you might as well get them back.
When it comes to a good time to exercise, well you are going to have to have an occasional long shower. The best thing though, is to just learn his class times and correlate your PE schedule with that.
I miss this place.
Old stats: not sure but not much smaller
Currently: BPEL: 7.5 EG: 5 Goal: The holy grail of course. (8x6)
You can regain what you’ve lost and gain some more. Don’t waste time. Just DO IT. :P
You are handsome, cute, intelligent, rich (I don’t if all of these are true :D )! So why not giving your penis a hand making him huge and attractive (just like your pretty face). Hope that makes you smile and regain your motivation. Just PE man!
7 x 6 EG is perfect!
Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
I find my motivation in enjoying what I do. I really LOVE to PE! That to me is the secret. If it a chore, if it is time consuming (when you should or would rather be doing something else) or if you just don’t like doing it then I’m afraid it just won’t work for you.
Find a routine that you can do consistently and persistently. Your gains should come back easily and that should in itself be the ultimate motivator.

LWH, I agree with your thoughts on PE as well. I love doing it, I know it is working and would hate to have to stop. I am likely going to have to back way off for the next few months since my wife will be home with new baby and I am dreading not being able to PE as much as I like. My goal for 3 months will be to retain what I have gained and then start up again.
Yorke, I’m in a similar boat that your in, except it might be worse. I’m hell bent for leather on getting a girth to fit snugly into a magnum condom and to get a 6” NBPEL so I don’t have to push my fat pad back. However, I am extremely, extremely lazy. I know how important it is to me but I sometimes still cannot PE just because it’s work, and I hate work. I would probably be slightly bigger in length and much bigger in girth, seeing as how I didn’t jelg for 3 months because it was too much work for me.
I have serious motivation problems. I might be a little depressed and it is slowly creeping on me. I still have a positive outlook on life but I am just so damn lazy.
If you gained it before, you can gain again, and then just do quick checkup work every other day once you get what you want.
I’m the master of not doing PE when I really would benefit from doing so.
Gains you lose come back faster than starting from scratch. I know it’s hard to get the motivation when there are so many distractions around, but the key is to realise that you are easily distracted and make small steps towards making an effective PE routine a habit. Start small, say do 10 minutes of PE a day for a week (in bed before sleep, or in the morning upon waking are good times to start with). Then the next week add in a little more on top of that, then the next week add a little more.
Your first objection will probably be “but 10 minutes isn’t going to do anything, I might as well wait until I have more time and start then.” This is wrong on several grounds:
1 - Waiting and doing no PE is LESS effective than doing even small amounts of PE 2 - Your aim is not to do a massive routine, but to slowly integrate a routine into your new and hectic lifestyle. 3 - PE is a long term project, and you have to retrain your brain to think in a long term way to be successful at it. Train yourself to be content with not getting results today, knowing that the cumulative effects will pay off in the future. This won’t happen in one day and you’ll have to keep reminding yourself of it for a while until you ‘naturally’ think that way about your PE routines. Incidentally, this is the attitude that successful businessmen and investors adopt, so you are actually teaching yourself a valuable life skill by doing this!
Think of your routine as a virus and PE as a body. A virus doesn’t wait until it’s multiplied 10 billion times before it attacks a host, it gets stuck into some cell, fortifies its position and then begins to expand its empire. This is how you get PE into a busy college life full of distactions.
As for the privacy issues, early morning and late night are the best times where you’ll be interrupted least. In the shower is another time to get some manual work done, as well as when you take a piss. You could also look into traction wraps and ADS techniques, which are a useful supplement to the more intensive work you do. And definitely get a lock for your door!
Good Luck SS4
Yorke I was in the same boat as you. Last spring I found this site and did it religiously (having my own bedroom and bathroom helped). I noticed gains, and felt them when I had sex. Then I got lazy, the same way I do after lifting and dieting really well; I see gains and think “that’s good enough, I can take a break”. Before I knew it I had lost it. I started dating a new girl, who the first week sent me a text saying “I love your penis”. I thought she was joking since I had never heard that. But I continued to slack off, with a new roommate and shared bathroom I had plenty of excuses. Before I knew it I was back where I started and sex didn’t feel as good. I got back into it a few weeks ago, and as was stated before, the gains come back fast the second time. Just think about what you used to have, and how it made you feel. Don’t get bummed out looking at what your dick is now, use that as motivation to get back to where you were. I look down and think “no I’m letting this happen, I remember what is possible”. I started making time, getting up earlier, everything. It was hard at first, but now I’m hooked and in it to win it.
Erm.. Lol, nevermind.
Sorry, but there is one thing I don´t understand about Yorke. I thought these gains were permanent and won´t disappear even when you stop
