No morning wood

I’ve been using the Newbie routine and it seems like I’m getting less morning wood. Sometimes I wake up and its a semi and sometimes its just flaccid. I’m 19 btw. What should I do?

Nothing. If you’re waking up with a semi, you’re waking up after your morning wood. If you still concerned, back off of the intensity/frequency of your routine.
