No morning wood

No morning wood

This can’t be good, and probably part of the reason I haven’t gained anything. Any advice on what I’m doing wrong>

If your morning wood stopped you are properly over training and should take a break and rethink the intensity of your workout.

You had morning wood before PE?

Yeah, what Dino wrote.

Thanks Dino, guess I wasn’t quite ready to move past the newbie routine yet.

Just take your time bro, it’s normal when a heavy workout will effect your morning wood and erection quality so don’t sweat it just tone it down a notch and things should get back to normal.

So one last question, should I just stop pe cold turkey til I get wood back, or just do light jelqs?

I think people make too much of “morning wood.” Can you get a normal erection? Do you have erections during the night, just not in the morning? It’s not the end of the world. I rarely wake up with a hard-on, but I know I have erections during the night. Not having morning erections is, IMO, not much of an indicator.
