No more stretch

I have been doing P.E a little bit now(07-05-05 ) And lately I have been concentrating on stretching everyday ,
The problem is I would never feel any kind of fatigue.But I would feel a nice pull at the base.Now for the life of me I can’t even feel the pull at my base after about 5 minuets of stretching.My stretching routine consists of stretching in all directions, 30 second holds.And I do this 10-15 minuets a day 2 on 1 off. I have a few questions on the mater:
1.When I grip my penis I pull all my extra skin back and grab 1 inch below the glands,than I kegel in some blood for a firm grip,am I preforming this correctly?
2.Should I start more advanced exorcises(v-stretch,fulcrum.that sort of thing)?
3.Should I increase time and intensity?

1 You don’t need to pull the skin back, do it only when you want to. You are performing the stretch correct.

2 You can do that if you want to if you have done PE for 3 months consistent.

3 Yes, but only moderately
