No more gains, weak erections, smaller flaccid

First of all I want to thank everyone who has been posting because for the last year I have been creeping
On thundersplace without posting anything, just looking and finding information to make my unit bigger.
Last time I can remember I measured was about a year ago and I was like 15,2 or 15,5 cm and I still remember
I always lied that I had 16cm, I jelked and jelked and jelked and of a sudden I just bought a penis pump randomly
And used that one aswell ( I don’t know the hg because it doesnt have a meter ), now one year and a little later
I’m about 17,2-17,5cm depends on EQ. ( No flaccid gains I think )
Now the problem comes.. I have been doing what I’m used to do for about 3 months but didnt gain anything ?
Maybe a bit girth ( I didnt measured but I feel my dick is thicker ) Yesterday I stretched and tried hanging for the first time
And now my dick is smaller and thinner than before like there is no blood going throught there..

Do you guys have any tips or advice for me to gain and reach my 8 inch BPEL ?. It seems like I’m not doing things well ?
My EQ also dropped allot and I’m not as horny as always ..

You are just overtrained. Take 2 weeks of rest and life will smile again.

tell us what was the routine that made you gain those 2 cm and in how long, and now what routine have you followed for the last months and days.

@Marinera thanks for the reply ! Yeah I guess I overtrained with the stretch session, I didnt gain anything over the last 3 months tho.. Any advice ?

@Quim92, thanks for replying aswell ! Uhm.. Maybe it sounds stupid but I didnt used any routine I just jelked and pumped as long as I wanted to.. The other day an hour the other day 15 minutes and some days I didnt even do any sessions at all for several days, I gained that 2 cm in about .. Maybe a year on and off ! Do you have any advice for me to gain again? Because I didnt gain for 3 months now

You gains seem to be from better EQ and lenghened tunica, kinda like what what happened to me with Ullis. Sounds like you have miximized the gains in that way. How’s you EQ? Listen to Marinera, he has beenn here for long. I am just a Newbie but I’d take time off, then start with some jelqs and then go back to what worked for you. I would also incluse stretches before or/and after jelqing/pumping and ADS if you got the chance and time.

Naa I don’t think its from EQ because I can remember I was as hard as a rock sometimes and barely hit 15,5 cm.. Now something my dick is still a bit soft and wingeling and I reach 16,8 easly BPEL , yeah I just added stretches a few days ago but I overdid and got a small thin cold flaccid. My EQ is on and off something I don’t even get a boner with porn and sometimes I’m hard as hell without touching it so I don’t know.. Didnt paid any attention on PI’s ! Tell me your routine and gains too bro !

It seems like a little structure and consistency to your exercises might help a lot.

My routine gave me o.5 gain in about 4 months but it wasn’t a tracked routine, I didn’t take notes .

I did DLD stretching routine followed by 20 min jelq with 7x2 ulli session. Then I added all day stretches and quit ullis but didn’t gain. Then I quit them and now I got them. I just gained at the beggining. Felt fatigue the last 3 weeks, not anymore.

If you have time and privacy I think hanging is best

@Cantlook, yeah I think you’re right ! But I have a Girlfriend and most of the time I stay at her place so.. Kinda hard

@Quim92, thats quit good every 0,5 cm - 1cm is a good gain in my eyes ! By the way I wole up with a hard thick one ! It seems if you try to kegel than hold the blood and do it a few times until your dick is rock hard and hand clamp for a while it will increase your EQ I btw also think injury is the key to gain quick.. It seems every after injury I get I come up better

Same as today.. Yesterday I jelked for a while, now I’m at my own home and a homie of mine coming right now and after that I will propably go to my girlfriend.. So I can’t really do standard routines, I really want to hit 8 inches or at least 18-19 cm with weak erection!

You need to take a week off and then set 20 or 30 minutes aside to do stretching and jelging. Kegeling you could do anywhere. Make sure you warm up and down.

That’s fine. Just be sure to gauge your expectations accordingly. Try and avoid the temptation to increase intensity to get more into the time you do have, as injury and negative PI will soon follow.
