No more gains. Next step advice?

Hi everyone,

It has almost been 4 months and I am not gaining anymore. I may have gained 0.2” in BPEL at the 6-7 weeks mark unless I measured wrong to begin with. Seeing as I have an upward curve and try to bend it straight out when measuring, not sure if i should or shouldnt be doing this.

I have gained mainly in BPFSL and it is sitting on 6.89”. From the beginning maybe 0.4”-0.6” gains to BPFSL I cannot remember 100%.

For BPEL I have gone from 6.5” to 6.7” so 0.2” gain.

A quick summary of my routine.



Weeks 1-6 or 7 (night sessions)

Warm up in shower
Stretch for 5 mins (30 sec holds)
Dry Jelq for 10 mins (3 sec jelqs)
Once and sometimes twice a day after going to the toilet doing 30 sec holds SO, SU, SD, Left, Right. (around 12pm or a tad later while doing PE routine around 8-10pm)



From week 7-10(increased routine)

Stretch for 10 mins (30 sec holds) added in V stretches
Dry Jelq for 30 mins (3 sec jelqs)
Stopped stretches after urinating



Week 10-15 (reduced routine)

Stretch for 7-10 mins (30 sec holds)
Dry Jelq for 7-10 mins (3 sec jelqs)



From what I can tell here, I gained with less PE initially and since have not gained due to increasing after the 6 week mark as it states on the newbie routine.
It says to work your way up to 10 mins stretching and 30 mins jelqing. This is where I may have gone wrong as I misread it and went straight to the max. Anyone think this may have affected my gains?

Also stretching after urinating could have given me results but I am unsure. Maybe the penis is more relaxed and slightly warmed after urinating. Or maybe doing PE at different times of the day is more beneficial to getting the penis elongated so it can continuously create micro tears.
Though I realised I may have went too quickly I reduced my load at weeks 10-15 but it seems to have done nothing.

Should I take a break and restart from the start or should I just restart the newbie routine now without a break? Or start hanging instead?

Anyone with personal experience or advice?

If there is a BPFSL, than there is an erect increase that is waiting to show up. Hard to tell why it is taking too much to show, maybe you just are in a overstressing period or have overworked. You don’t say the frequence. 30 minutes of dry jelqs is a killing.

By frequency do you mean how many sessions in a day. I normally just do 1 a day and do it in that order without stopping?

You could switch to a 3 on 1 off after a 4-6 weeks. Are you more interested in lenght or girth?

Length at the moment seeing as I am 5.5” MSEG already and can work on that after when I have solid length to get a nice 6” MSEG afterwards. After that I can think over my goals or if its enough but length first. Also I have not gained any girth so thats a bit odd.

Well I would drop jelqs to the minimum, maybe switch to wet jelqs for some months. Add some fulcrum stretches. I would look into the Memento’ routine, dropping a lot the girth work.

Thanks marinera, I am also uncut so the wet jelqs would still be okay correct?

A bit harder to perform, just have to learn the technique. Dry jelqs target more girth than length.

Ah okay but I haven’t gained any girth from it. Gotta fix this routine I guess.

That’s a reasonable option. Add some fulcrum stretches after some weeks, I think a total of 30 minutes stretching 4-5 days per week should give noticeably gains to about everybody . I know, it will not be easy. If yuo have more time to spend you can give hanging a try, or maybe an extender. I would definitely give some more time to manuals, becuse if there is a 0.4” BPFSL increase, BPEL has to match before or after.
