Hello, I have been doing the newbie routine for a while now, and now it seems like manual jelqing does not have that much effect anymore, same with the stretching. Is this normal? Should I try another routine? Any suggestions? I would like to concentrate a little more on length than girth.

I’ve been doing it almost 4 months now, I always did 3 days on, 1 day off

My suggestion is that since you have done the routine 3 on 1 off that you increase your days on to say 5 on 1 off. You have passed the magic 3 months where you could begin to incorporate other options, however, try more on days and see if that helps first, then look at the other options available to you.

Length: JAI stretches and inverted v stretches
Girth: clamping, Ulis and horses
