No length gains with manual and extender please help

Please help me out here because I am very frustrated.

In the past I had done 3 times manual stretching and some jelqing and not only I never gained anything but I did everything correct(progressive intensity and timings) and I didn’t t gain anything. In fact manual stretching is bad for my penis.

Now for 8 months I started using the penimaster strap extender and I have started slowly in the tension and I have added up and I am doing on average 4h per day ,5 days per week downwards extending and I have reached 650h of total extending and I don t have any shaft length gains except 0,5cm length gain from bigger and longer gland that the strapping has created.(good thing bit I also need shaft gains)

I am also jelqing all these months and I have gained from it 1 cm of girth.
I am adding very easy girth but I don t gain anything in length.

The last 3 weeks I added some manual stretching and it killed my EQ and my penis became thin again and it was turtled .
Now after some days of rest I am gaining my girth back and my flaccid.

I was extending only down and with only at the 2nd tension mark of the extender.

Now I am conditioned to extend in the 3d mark.

Should I continue extending with the new bigger tension or is it a waste of time and I should consider myself a non length gainer?
If that s the case I will focus only on girth work which seems I am very succesful.
I am also thinking that I may need to extend upwards because my flaccid is very stretchy in the down position of all this time in the extender but my upwards stretch is not so stretchy.

Please any help will be much appreciated.
Had anyone gained some length after the 650h and not before?

Just for the sake of clarification. Your starting measurements were BPEL, correct?

Yes its absolutely correct.

I have only gained bigger and longer glands and thicker shaft.

I don’t know about the strap, but as far as tension I would increase the tension as much as you can but still get sessions in the 45-60 minute range and if you have the time shoot for 2-3 sessions a day.

Also is it true that extending upwards can give girth gains?

From what I have seen, after initial gains, a good result would be 1/2” of length/year. That you got that result largely through the glans accommodation wouldn’t concern me as I would view that as more a function of the vacuum extending and it’s effect on glans, which I think most would view as a positive outcome.

Yes I like a lot the bigger glans.

But I need longer shaft.

It’s unfortunate that you have experienced no length gains with so many hours invested.

You have options:

1. Decon 4 weeks come back and attack a heated jelq routine. Focusing on technique and intensity.
2. Continue with extending. Experiment with the upward position and higher tension levels, as Buck mentioned.
3. Any other possible recommendations that the community shares with you for consideration.

I have had lengthy plateaus, I have also been extending for almost 1500 hours and have realized 0.50” gain, slow by some accounts. It’s a grind.

I personally cannot validate extender direction and girth gains.

Let s see what will happen with the up and more tension.

I would also like to hear more feedback if anyone is interested.

Hi, in order to get into the “Gain Zone” you need to feel some soreness at the base or in the shaft after you are done from your daily routine. I use an ADS at max tension possible for a 3, 4 hours per day with some breaks between. You need to feel some kind of soreness to be sure that you are gaining lenght. No pain, just some soreness that mean that your ligs and tissues are being stretched and broken down and being enlarged. (I use a 5 minutes girth exc before using my ADS, that works better because with the girth exc you break down the tunica and the ADS work fast with no resistance from tunica that has already been broken down).

Hi, I’m currently on 3 weeks deconditioning after completed 3 months Newbie Routine. Do I have to restart over the Newbie Routine (5 mins stretch, etc) or I can just stick to 10-15 mins stretching, 20mins jelqing? Because I was plateued and not seeing a mm length gained. Hmm.

How much of heat are you using?

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

I have read in a lot of posts that heat doesn’t t make any difference.

So I have started extending up.

Anyone saw gains from extending after 650h?

My goal is just +1 cm.

You need to try things that work. Reading that heat doesn’t work does not mean it doesn’t work. It means the posts you read suggest such. Personally I like heat for everything. Extender direction truly has little impact on gains. If you can apply heat, try that if you are set on continuing.

I m planing on complete 1000h total and then see what happened.

Thank God girth is easy for me and girth was my main goal.

But 1cm in length would be great to have.

So far extender has given me flaccid length and bigger glans
