No Gains?

Hi all,

There’s quite a bit of talk about the great gains some people are getting. Just wondering if anybody has been yanking away for a while and not noticed any gains at all?

If so what sort of routine are you doing (so that I know not to do it!)

Just because a routine does not work for someone does not mean it won’t work for you. I have learned that all bodies react differently to these exercises. It just takes experience and time finding on what works for you and your wang.

There’s an old PE Saying: “Listen to your dick.”

I’ve shifted routine gears often when my dick said, “No, this isn’t it.”

A routine that doesn’t work for me might well work for you, though. We all have different tissue chemistries.

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL
