Hello people

I started on 5th of january my journey,but until now no gains or maybe 0,5 cm.I am doing yhe newbie routine.my pi are ok .I wonder if I got to change my routine ,my actual stats are 13 cm(5,11 inches)NBPEL,14,7(5,78 inches)BPEL,and 5,11 girth,what do you think I should do to grow quicker,ok when I started my NBPEL was around 12,5 cm(4,92) but I lost some weight ,because my BPEL was the same that I am now,so no real gains.maybe some of you can help me with another routine..

Id stick with it, give it time.

Sometimes it takes people quite some time to see gains, I think sometimes we get spoiled by those quick gainers, not everyone is like that though, still best of luck ulyses just keep at it and you will most likely see some gains. Also why don’t you post your routine for us to see? How many days on/days off do you take?

ok my routine is:

5 MINUTE STRECHING DOWNWARDS CAUSE I HAVE BIG LOT

10 MINUTES DRY JELQ

50 KEGELS

2 DAYS ON 1 OFF SOMETIMES I MISS A DAY OR TWO…BECAUSE OF WORK

Looking at your routine I would definitely consider raising the intensity. The newbie routine is good for getting your dick conditioned amongst other things, I’d say you’re conditioned enough since you’ve been doing it for almost 2 months. It’s important to note that everyone is different, but I go about 3-4 days before I take a day off do maybe you should try that, also I would jelq and stretch for longer. Just my 2 cents.

Why do you say or maybe 0.5cm in gains? If your not sure if your gaining or not then how can you say your not? Any gain is a great achievement don’t you think?

Do more stretches, and only measure once per month.

I would change to wet jelqing and do it for about 20-30 minutes

Also be more consistent with work days

Hang in there. Its sometimes take alittle more time. But it works.

Conditioning may take a little time.
