No gains, what next
I haven’t had any gains and have been doing the the newbie routine very consistently for a month. I experimented inconsistently for a month before getting into the newbie routine exactly. I am not completely discouraged as I have read many threads that talk about gains late in the newbie routine, after several months, or gaining only after changing their routine away from the newbie routine. I haven’t really expanded much on jelqing or manual stretching never jelqing for more than 15 minutes. I’m wondering if at this point I should simply amp up the newbie routine for the next month and see where it takes me or if I should consider adding some slightly more intermediate/advanced exercises to my routine. If so let me know what exercises you guys think I may consider looking into.
