No gains, what next

I haven’t had any gains and have been doing the the newbie routine very consistently for a month. I experimented inconsistently for a month before getting into the newbie routine exactly. I am not completely discouraged as I have read many threads that talk about gains late in the newbie routine, after several months, or gaining only after changing their routine away from the newbie routine. I haven’t really expanded much on jelqing or manual stretching never jelqing for more than 15 minutes. I’m wondering if at this point I should simply amp up the newbie routine for the next month and see where it takes me or if I should consider adding some slightly more intermediate/advanced exercises to my routine. If so let me know what exercises you guys think I may consider looking into.

Are erections the same, or have they gotten harder?

Are u getting more stamina?

In my opinion quality is always better than quantity…. All you need is 15 of jelqs.

I don’t know about just 15 jelqs, but I agree with YnS. You need to be mindful of your penis health first. The gains will come if you keep an eye on the basics.

Forgive if you’ve read it before, but: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

If all your PI’s are where they should be (normally that means better than before you started PE), then start adding a little at a time to your routine. I’ve been constantly tweaking mine to get as much out of my routine as my penis will let me and still be happy.

If you aren’t seeing gains, increase the intensity a little of the workout for a couple of weeks. THEN change the routine.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

How slow are your jelqs are they in the 3-5 second range?

The main thing that I have noticed is a little more “fluffy-ness” in my flaccid penis. I’m not sure if this is a result of being slightly semi erect more of the time or if this is actually the beginning of getting a larger penis or at least larger flaccid penis. Other than that I have noticed the usual symptom of blood spots that usually only last a day at most as a result of jelqing. To answer the other question I do try to keep my stroke between 3 and 5 seconds. I will definitely check out the PI link and see how that can help me.

Oh sorry, I Meant 15 minutes of jelqs. But yes I agree, give that link a try!

Many things could be happening, Do you need more length or girth?or both?

Maybe your tunica needs to be stretched rather than the ligs or perhaps you are jelqing too hard! There’s so many possible reason as to why you are not growing.

He has not been jelqing that long that is probably the reason.

Well I definitely would be more concerned with length, my starting stats (which haven’t changed) are 5.9 BPEL and 5” girth so very average I would say. Although I would like to gain 1/2” in girth or so in the long run I would honestly be happy with a 7-7.5 BPEL and 5.5” girth. I am not going for mammoth gains. I do however have fairly low LOT which may mean I have little to gain from ligament stretching, right?

A lot of people on here are saying that the LOT theory doesn’t hold up in most cases, so you should keep stretching regardless.

Another thing to consider is varying your routine. I would try stretching before jelqs one day, 7 minutes into jelqs the next day, and at the end of jelqs another day. Also, edging halfway through a jelq session usually makes my jelqing feel more productive. Also experiment with doing kegels during your routine. Right now I’ve been experimenting with jelqing for 2 seconds to halfway up the shaft, release and kegel at the same time, and then re-grip in the same place and finish the stroke for 2-3 more seconds. Get creative and keep your penis on it’s toes, haha.
