No gains should I

I have been at this for 4 months straight with a week break in the middle after about 2 months, but been real good about doing it every time needed and gained nothing, so should i bump up my routine I’m still on the newbie routine and i stretch for about 10 to 15 and jelq 50 times down overhand and under and the same for up 50 times overhand and under. I warn up and warm after. give me some advise.

Take longer to do the jelq increase it from 3 seconds to 5. Increase warm up time.

Thanks kingpole and springer, I do real slow jelqs, I read on a post that it helps and thought it made perfect sense and slowed them to about 5 seconds and I will read the theory I started but kinda zone out when I have to read a lot. I feel like the routine I am doing should help because i learnt a lot about stretching the ligs and tunaca, but does anyone think I should increase the time of stretching or jelqing, and I will increase warmup time thanks.

Yes I think you should bump it up 50 jelqs see if that works and do more stretching.

Most of my gains came from traction work and light hanging 6 to 8 lbs but wait till you have completed the newbie program first. As hanging can cause injury if you do it wrong and your penis isn’t ready for it.

I had no gains on the newbie program as did others but some get great results.It was more of a way for me to see that I was a harder gainer then guys who just get gains from just jelqing and manual work. So your not alone on this but it helped with erection level and gets your penis ready for more advanced routines.

The newbie routine will also allows you to know what is too much for the penis and what you can handle.TGC is a great thread lots of good info to understand why you might not be growing on your current routine.

Goal by the end of next year Nbel 8.5 Eg 6.5
