No gains. need help
I’ve been doing following PE routine for around one and a half months, but didn’t see any gain.
10 manual stretches, mostly upward for 15 seconds each. This is repeated in the morning and after noon, for 5 days per week.
I don’t do any jelqs or warm ups and stretch pretty hard.
This was not my first routine, and I’ve tried various stuff like newbie routine. But I never followed any routine above 1.5 months as I get
Demotivated with no gains. Is it normal to see no gains even after 1.5 months?
Please advice me if you have similar experiences.
My BPEL is 5.6 and NBPEL is 4.5. And my LOT is very low.
When searched these forums I see various advices on doing PE. Some say we need to have hard routines, while others say the opposite.
Isn’t it better if we try to analyse gains by collecting data, so that we might be able to build some relationship with gain rates and routines.
