No gains. need help

I’ve been doing following PE routine for around one and a half months, but didn’t see any gain.

10 manual stretches, mostly upward for 15 seconds each. This is repeated in the morning and after noon, for 5 days per week.
I don’t do any jelqs or warm ups and stretch pretty hard.

This was not my first routine, and I’ve tried various stuff like newbie routine. But I never followed any routine above 1.5 months as I get
Demotivated with no gains. Is it normal to see no gains even after 1.5 months?

Please advice me if you have similar experiences.

My BPEL is 5.6 and NBPEL is 4.5. And my LOT is very low.



When searched these forums I see various advices on doing PE. Some say we need to have hard routines, while others say the opposite.
Isn’t it better if we try to analyse gains by collecting data, so that we might be able to build some relationship with gain rates and routines.

It looks to me that you need to seriously reconsider your routine. The old expression “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it” applies here. The newbie routine is a tried and true routine that will help both conditioning of the penis and eventual gains. It doesn’t appear to me that you’re giving it enough time. You must be committed to PE and you must be prepared for the long haul. Gains do not happen overnight and definitely don’t happen when you’re inconsistent with your routine. Also remember that some people don’t see gains until the three month mark or there after. Patience my son, patience. ;)

As a fellow newbie, I have to say that the “newbie routine” has shown some results for me in the 6 weeks I’ve been doing it. I have not measured yet to try and verify any gains, but I can tell that something is happening because my flaccid is fuller. Sometimes, they say, that’s the sign that PE might be working.

I went into PE not looking for quick gains, and was willing to give it several months (even up to 6) before worrying about whether or not it was working for me.

I certainly am no expert, but I would suggest going back to the newbie routine and sticking to it.


Started - 1/6/07 - BPEL 5 7/8" - EG - 4 3/4"

Currently - 4/13/07 - BPEL 6 1/8" - EG - 4 7/8"

Goal - BPEL - 7.0" - EG - 5.5"

Please change your routine. 15 stretches for 15 seconds each won’t do much. Try the newbie routine posted here at Thunders. THAT would help you gain. Good Luck :)

Stretching is not enough you need at least 20 minutes of wet jelqing, spend 3-5 seconds for each jelq.

I see my first gain after 2.5 months, and some people see no gain in 3 months newbie period. If you don’t gain with newbie routine after 3-4 months, at least your dick will be well conditioned to take more serious exercise.

For now, do at least 100 strokes of jelq after stretching.

I tried dry jelqs and pretty compared to wet jelq.

Okisher6er have you made any gains yet?

I can tell you from seeing previous posts that Okisher6er had made some great gains from his routine. Makes me jealous! Being circumcised, I can’t really perform dry jelqs. Some people say that dry jelqs work better than wet jelqs at building girth but I’m not sure about the validity of that claim.

I’m cut and I can do dry jelqs. I think it depends on how tight your skin is on your shaft.

Hey clgp7. Are you able to jelq all the way to the head? I seem to stop short of the head itself.

Yes, I can. When I’m flaccid. there’s enough skin to jelq to the head. In fact it looks like I still have my foreskin, when I jelq. That being said, I don’t jelq a lot because it hurts my hands(arthritis) too much.

I’m cut and I can dry jelq all the way to the head no problem.

It is probably best not to jelq all the way to the head as possible nerve damage to be aware of.
